TR CU 012/2011 «On safety of equipment for working in hazardous environments»
Equipment (including non-electrical) intended for use in areas hazardous to the ignition of flammable gas, steam and fog, combustible dust, as well as in potentially explosive environments of underground workings of mines and quarries.
The identification of equipment for use in hazardous environments and Ex-components is the availability of supporting means of the explosion protection, specified in the Manufacturer’s technical documentation and marking explosion protection applied to the equipment and Ex-component.
Technical regulations DO NOT apply on the:
medical products;
equipment, during the operation of which the danger of explosion arises only due to the presence of explosive substances and unstable chemical compounds;
equipment for household and non-industrial use in conditions where an explosive atmosphere is formed due to an unforeseen leak of flammable gas;
individual protection equipment;
sea-going vessels, inland-navigation vessels and combined river-sea navigation vessels, mobile offshore platforms and drilling platforms for work in sea and inland waters, other floating equipment, as well as machines and equipment used on them;
public transport vehicles intended for the carriage of passengers and goods by air, land, rail or water transport;
nuclear weapons, research facilities of organizations of the nuclear-defence complex, except for the equipment, located in hazardous areas.
TR CU 032/2013 «On safety of equipment working under excess pressure»
This Regulation applies on the:
Vessels for gases, liquefied gases dissolved under pressure and vapors, used for working environments of group 1 and having:
The maximum allowable working pressure is over 0.05 MPa, the capacity is more than 0.001 m3 and the product of the value of the maximum allowable working pressure by the value of the capacity exceeding 0.0025 MPa • m3;
Maximum allowable working pressure over 20 MPa, capacity over 0.0001 m3 to 0.001 m3 inclusive.
Vessels for gases, liquefied gases dissolved under pressure, and vapors, used for working environments of group 2 and having:
The maximum allowable working pressure is over 0.05 MPa, the capacity is more than 0.001 m3 and the product of the value of the maximum allowable working pressure by the value of the capacity exceeding 0.005 MPa • m3;
Maximum allowable working pressure over 100 MPa, capacity over 0.0001 m3 to 0.001 m3 inclusive.
Vessels for liquids used for working environments of group 1 and having:
The maximum allowable working pressure is over 0.05 MPa, the capacity is more than 0.001 m3 and the product of the value of the maximum allowable working pressure by the value of the capacity exceeding 0.02 MPa • m3;
Maximum allowable working pressure over 50 MPa, capacity over 0.0001 m3 to 0.001 m3 inclusive.
Vessels for liquids used for working environments of group 2 and having:
The maximum allowable working pressure is over 1 MPa, the capacity is more than 0.01 m3 and the product of the value of the maximum allowable working pressure by the value of the capacity exceeding 1 MPa • m3;
Maximum allowable working pressure over 100 MPa, capacity over 0.0001 m3 to 0.01 m3 inclusive.
Boilers with a capacity of more than 0.002 m3, designed to obtain hot water, the temperature of which is over 110 ° C, or vapor, the overpressure of which is over 0.05 MPa, as well as vessels with fire heating, with a capacity of more than 0.002 m3.
Pipelines with a maximum allowable working pressure over 0.05 MPa, a nominal diameter of over 25 mm, intended for gases and vapors and used for working environments of group 1.
Pipelines with a maximum allowable working pressure over 0.05 MPa, a nominal diameter of more than 32 mm and the product of the maximum allowable working pressure by the value of the nominal diameter exceeding 100 MPa • mm, intended for gases and vapors and used for working environments of group 2.

The Technical Regulations apply to low-voltage equipment put into circulation in the common customs territory of the Customs Union.
