Declaration of conformance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (Declaration TR CU ) is a document that confirms the compliance of a product with the requirements established for it by the relevant Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. Registration of a Declaration for products falling under any TR of the Customs Union is necessary for its release into circulation on the territory of Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
The work experience and qualifications of our employees allow us to carry out all the necessary work in full in a short time, without resorting to the help of third-party organizations. The Company’s experts carry out a visit to assess compliance anywhere in the world.
When making a Declaration TR CU all interests of a foreign Manufacturer are represented by the Applicant registered in the Customs Union, and he is also responsible for the quality and safety of products supplied to the Customs Union.
If desired, the Applicant can replace the Declaration with the Certificate. The difference between the Declaration and the Certificate is that the Manufacturer himself or his partner (Applicant) on paper certifies the conformity of products to the requirements of Technical Regulations, and when issuing the Certificate, the certification authority confirms the compliance of the product with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. The Certificate is issued on an official letterhead..
Various TR is allowed to use one or another declaration scheme, at the option of the Applicant.
